Physical relaxation activities

As part of the Points of Power project, we perform the following movement and relaxation activities:

Workout with dance

Dynamic workout that combines sports, aerobic movements and dance. We develop coordination, flexibility and endurance. The workout includes both stretching and relaxation exercises in addition, we learn a variety of dance steps, from swing to belly dancing.

Yoga for children

Yoga works on the whole organism and is suitable for children of all age groups. It increases strength and flexibility and improves coordination and posture. It also increases the ability to focus. During the workout, children are focused on positions – asanas, breathing and feeling their body. In our increasingly stressful and loud environment, these activities help children to relax, focus and gather new strength to face everyday challenges. The workout is adapted for children, it also includes elements of play and allows them to learn about yoga in a playful way.
